A LUDLOW jeweller has won nationwide acclaim following a visit by a mystery shopper acting on behalf of a national magazine.

C W Sellors Fine Jewellers, in the Bull Ring, was visited on New Year’s Eve by a mystery inspector from Retail Jeweller, a leading watch and jewellery magazine.

A report, which appears in the February issue, found C W Sellors to be a “warm and welcoming boutique” with “attentive and knowledgeable staff”.

Manager Sallyanne Morris said: “In these challenging times for retailers, it’s wonderful to have such positive feedback on how we’re performing from a magazine considered to be the authority within the industry.

“We all take great pride in providing a welcoming, helpful environment for customers to our boutique, whoever they may be.”

It is a second vote of confidence in customer service in Ludlow, following the town’s recent inspection by market research specialists ESA, which rated it in the top ten out of 80 market towns for shopping.
