JOHN Lawson’s Circus is coming to town in Ludlow and Tenbury.

The show stars the Popolino Clowns, Kakehole and Popol, plus Wild West knife throwers, jugglers, wirewalkers and an unusual performance from Hungarian Miss Nora Veres, who flies around the roof of the big top suspended by her hair.

The circus is appearing at Palmer’s Meadow, off Kyrewood Road, Tenbury Wells, from Monday to Wednesday with show times at 7pm on Monday, 4.30pm and 7.30pm on Tuesday, and 4.30pm on Wednesday.

The show then moves to Wheeler Road Recreation Ground, Ludlow, from Friday, July 10, until Sunday, July 12.

Shows are on Friday at 4.30pm and 7.30pm, Saturday at 2pm and 5pm, and Sunday at 2pm.
