A PLAY area in Ludlow has been closed for refurbishment.
The playground between Vashon Close and Dahn Drive will be out of action until at least the end of the month.
Officials from Shropshire Council found equipment damaged following a complaint from a member of the public.
It was decided that as well as repairing the damage, equipment will be repainted and all of the safety matting will be relaid.
