LUDLOW 15/30 MILE CHALLENGE WALK – Saturday, July 11. Start at the green by Dinham Bridge (GR 507744) below Ludlow Castle. The 30-mile walk starts from 8am, drinks and registration from 7.30am. The 15-mile walk starts at 10am. The finish is at Ludlow Assembly Rooms, off Castle Square, where there will be a buffet meal with a free beer available from 2.30pm. The route for either 30 or 15 miles is beautiful undulating Shropshire/Herefordshire countryside. MODEL RAILWAYS – An exhibition of model railways with 11 layouts and static displays will be held at the Ludlow Conference Centre on Saturday from 10am to 4.30pm.
