THREE people including a 14 month-old baby have been involved in a two-car crash near Tenbury.
Emergency services were called to the A49, just north of Ashton, at about 12.15pm last Sunday following a collision between a Volkswagen Golf, travelling south, and another car travelling in the opposite direction.
The three in the Golf, who included the 14-month-old girl, were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
Dr Malcolm Russell, of the Mercia Accident Rescue Service (MARS), was one of the first at the scene.
“The 14-month-old girl appeared to have minor injuries, “ he said. “This is a good lesson in the importance of having a good child safety seat.”
