AN opportunity to embrace your creative side is coming to Ludlow with an autumn art workshop.

Artist Marina Morris is hosting an oil painting class for beginners to develop their skills, complete with refreshments available throughout the day. All painting materials are provided except for brushes, which guests will need to bring.

You will need to book quickly as there are a limited number of spaces on the workshop.

It will take place at the Mascall Centre on November 18, and bookings can be made by calling 07552761012 or emailing smarger@btinternet.com.

Ms Morris said: "This workshop is ideal for complete beginners and also for those that are more advanced.

"All painting materials are provided except brushes. You need to bring these with you. If you want to bring any oil paints that's okay too.

"There will be light refreshments available free but you may like to bring a packed lunch along.

"There are a few places left for this great workshop so hurry and reserve your place now. Why not enjoy some fun me time?"

On her website, she describes the classes as helpful for those who want to "create a great artwork" and learn "some great tips and information on materials".
