CLASSIC and vintage cars, bikes, and tractors are wanted for a classic vehicle day near Church Stretton this month.
The Ticklerton Village Hall team is gearing up to hold its classic vehicle day, raising funds for Macmillan Cancer Support and Ticklerton Village Hall, near Church Stretton, on Sunday, August 20.
A village hall spokesperson said that the team is busy getting the field ready and organising lots of local suppliers to provide food from breakfast baps to ice cream and afternoon tea to real ale and a gin bar.
All vehicles are welcome, whether they are classic cars, vintage tractors, or bikes, the main criteria for displaying your vehicle is that you love it, the spokesperson said.
And, of course, no village hall event would be complete without a raffle.
The team is asking everyone who wishes to exhibit to register online at Eventbrite, so that they have some idea how many people they are catering for.
