Designer makers from Shropshire and Worcestershire are ‘Showing off’ their work in Ludlow Castle’s Beacon Rooms.

From furniture to jewellery, glassware, ceramics and textiles; beautiful handmade items will be on display on Saturday 21 and Sunday 22 October, at the Ludlow’s stunning castle in the heart of the Welsh Marches. Designer makers from Shropshire and Worcestershire will come together to present their exceptional crafts in their annual ‘Showing Off’ show.

“This is the third time the Shropshire and Worcestershire Guilds have co-hosted a show at the Beacon Rooms, Ludlow Castle and we’re confident we’ll draw big crowds once again,” says event organiser and Chair of the Shropshire Guild of Contemporary Craft, Caroline Bennett. Visitors are welcome and entry is free.

The show opens at 10am and runs through to 5pm on Saturday and 10am until 4pm on Sunday. “Join us for a day that celebrates all that’s beautiful and handcrafted in our region,” says Caroline Bennett.

All of the designer makers exhibiting in Showing Off show in Ludlow Castle are from the Shropshire Guild of Contemporary Craft and the Worcestershire Guild of Contemporary Craft.
