LOUDWATER recently hosted its first Bake-Off competition in the Studio situated on the Burway Trading Estate in Ludlow.
Adults supported by Vision Homes Association were invited to enter four different categories in the Bake-Off ranging from the Best Victoria Sponge Cake to the best Creative (non-baked) cake to fit in with the Studio’s creative activities.
Ludlow’s deputy mayor, Colin Sheward and Jane Stockton, training and practice manager for Vision Homes Association joined the Studio as judges for the competition who were met by an array of wonderful creations to taste and score.
Studio manager Nikki Hook said: “The competition was fierce, and it was fantastic to see everyone from Vision Homes getting so involved.
"We were thrilled to see so many entries for each category and lucky enough to get to taste them all after the judging was completed.
"Many local businesses supported us by providing prizes for each category and we would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their help in making what was such a successful event even better.”
