CLUB captain Joel Edwards has been carrying “a couple of nasty niggles” and must recharge his batteries, insists Hereford boss Pete Beadle.
Beadle said: “Joel has had a few knocks, it was a long season for him last term and there was a lot of pressure on him as captain of the club.
“His performances this time haven’t been right but he’s been carrying a couple of nasty niggles.”
Beadle added: “Now Chris Parry’s international clearance has come through we can give Joel a rest to make sure his batteries are recharged.”
