Ludlow Concert Band
FRESH from its appearance at Burwarton Show, the Ludlow Concert Band is set to finish its summer programme at Shrewsbury Abbey.
The band will play at the Abbey on Saturday, September 10 in what promises to be a big end to the season.
It has been a busy year for the concert band which has performed at events including the Ludlow Dog Day, Burwarton Show, Croft Castle Spring Festival and civic events like the dedication of the new war memorial in Ludlow.
As well as playing, the band will be taking some food and drink from Ludlow and south Shropshire to showcase what the area can produce.
Some of the younger members of the band have had a good year passing various exams.
The concert is on Saturday, September 10 at 7.30pm.
