AS part of the Queen's 90th birthday celebrations, the members of Tenbury Wells WI held a 'Royal Tea party' on June 13 at the Bowling Club and in keeping with the theme, several members made their own crowns and trimmed hats, which were judged by Cllr Eric Hudson who is pictured standing to the right of the winner, secretary Monica Rees.
The Tenbury Womens Institute has been in existence since 1922 and meetings are held at 2.15pm every second Monday in the month at the Methodist Hall in Cross Street. Visitors are always welcome.
