Fire engines called to unattended cooking in Church Stretton
FIRE crews had to force their way into a home in Church Stretton after cooking was left unattended on an electric hob.
The alarm was raised by a fire alarm and fire engines from Church Stretton, Craven Arms and Shrewsbury were called to the incident.
Fire fighters were able to force their way inside and deal with the incident that happened just after 12noon on Saturday, May 28.
