THERE was a chance to love Linney that little bit more at a special event in Ludlow.
The town's residents were encouraged to pay a visit to the Linney Riverside Park to appreciate its family-friendly community facilities including a zip wire, swings, play equipment, parking, picnic benches, and open grass areas.
A number of fun and educational awareness activities took place at the 'Love Linney' event including litter picking, games with squeaky rats, and free giveaways from Pets At Home.
The event was organised by Ludlow Town Council, Shropshire Council, and Ludlow Police.
There was a chance to meet members of the police, councillors, and staff from Shropshire Council and Ludlow Town Council.
