CHILDREN, staff and members of the local community took part in an Easter service with a difference this year in the form of an Easter journey.
The children re-enacted the Easter story at various places around the village of Leintwardine. They were joined by a local donkey to help tell the beginning of the story and the children waved palm branches with enthusiasm.
The service was a memorable occasion and a fitting end to the term as Leintwardine Primary School has just been awarded ‘Outstanding’ in a recent church schools inspection.
