THE job of raising funds to help ex-servicemen and women and their families is an all year round task.
In Tenbury there is an busy Royal British Legion that does not just get active in the run up to Remembrance Day in November.
This was demonstrated by a sale in the town where people had the chance to pick up a bargain and at the same time help the Legion.
The Royal British Legion undertakes various initiatives to help those who carry with them the consequences of fighting for their country.
These range from running homes and treatment centres to providing practical support in the home.
