THE vivid colours of artist Stephan Foxx has caught the eye and earned an extension for his exhibition at Ludlow Library.
Painting has been a passion throughout his life for Mr Foxx, aged 65, who lives in Bitterley. Now retired he spends most of his spare time painting and his work will be on view at Ludlow Library until the end of February.
