A 51-year-old Ludlow man accused of an arson attack at his home address has appeared in court.
Andrew Sankey admitted a charge of arson and being reckless as to endangering life at Shrewsbury Crown Court.
The incident is said to have happened at his address in Ballard Close on September 30.
Sankey also admitted charges relating to criminal damage and making off without paying for petrol.
Judge Peter Barrie adjourned sentence for reports until January 5 and Sankey was remanded in custody.
