HEREFORD United are back in court today for their on-going winding-up hearing.
The Bulls will be defending the latest in a series of petitions which is headed by Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs.
When the seventh adjournment was granted on October 20, it was on the on the basis that a £1.5million investment would be made into the club.
Chairman Andy Lonsdale said shortly after the hearing that the investment was expected within seven days, but conflicting statements then followed which indicated that it was "secured" or "almost secured".
The hearing is due to be heard first at the Royal Courts of Justice, with the court opening for business at 10.30am.
The Hereford Times is covering the court hearing and will bring all the news as soon as we can...
