THERE were two very different cycle rides in Ludlow.
Serious cyclists set out from Ludlow Castle for a 40 mile challenge.
But later in the day it was much more sedate as a group of rides started out dressed in the costumes of yesteryear.
Cycling in Ludlow and south Shropshire is booming as is happening all over the country.
This follows the success of the British Olympic cycling teams in the 2012 games in London. In the same year Sir Bradley Wiggins won the Tour de France.
