THE postponed Lindridge Show went off well at the second attempt.

It had been scheduled to take place earlier in the year but had to be postponed because of heavy rain.

But the organisers were keen to get the show up and running and hundreds of people enjoyed one of the highlights of the summer in the Teme Valley.

The show included show jumping and exhibits of horses. It also featured a parade by the Ludlow Fox Hounds and judging of the many classes took place throughout the day.

Tenbury Town Band played during the afternoon and there was also a fund raising draw for the Air Ambulance charity. A donation from the event was also made to Lindridge Church.
