YEAR 11 pupils in Bishops Castle celebrated their final year in school in spectacular style.

The youngsters from The Community College enjoyed a summer prom at Walcot Hall in Lydbury North.

The students did not let the school down and arrived in style in a variety of transport, ranging from sports cars, pony and trap, motorbikes, tractors, quads, lorries and even by horseback.

This year the students again had really gone to town with their outfits especially Alfie Yeoward who was voted as the best dressed student by the staff attending the prom.

Students sat down to a meal and were entertained by Joe Colvin, Bonnie Churcher- Owen and Lucy Burns.

The student awards followed where prom king was awarded to Reece Thomas and prom queen to Kate Butler.

The king and queen were invited to lead the first dance and the disco completed a successful evening.
