THE Ludlow Fringe Festival had good luck with a glorious summer day for a street party in Lower Corve Street.
There were market stalls in the street, music and other entertainment as families from the local area and visitors came together to have a good time.
It was a full day of events with the party starting at 10am and continuing into the evening.
But the party was not the only event as there was also a ‘stories from the street’ activity led by the Pentabus Theatre Company with tales based upon locations in the town.
It comprised a series of plays written by young writers and inspired by a particular place in the town that they have come to like.
For animal lovers there was also an alternative dog show with those taking part dressing up their pets.
