FADS come and go and so do many toys and gadgets.
But model railways are forever as was demonstrated at the Craven Arms Community Centre.
The Craven Arms and District Model Railway Club lifted the lid on what its members get up to on dark winter nights.
Creating a model railway is a combination of electronics, engineering and art.
There was a selection of layouts on display at the centre as well as model steam engines.
It was a chance for young and the not-so-young boys and girls to enjoy something that fires the imaginations of people of all ages.
Experts were also on hand to provide inspiration and tips for those keen to get involved in modelling as a hobby.
