IT was a glorious start to May in Ludlow.
The annual May Fair enjoyed great early spring weather.
The centre of the town was closed to traffic but this was a small price to pay as locals and visitors enjoyed all the fun of the fair.
As well as to stomach churning rides there was plenty of food and drink but with some of the more adventurous rides it was a good idea to eat after taking to the heights.
An annual May Fair to mark the start of spring has been a tradition in Ludlow for longer than most people can remember.
