THE nineteenth was that little bit more special at Cleobury Mortimer Golf Club this weekend.

Irons and wedges took second place to ales and ciders as the venue staged the Cleobury Mortimer Beer Festival.

More than 30 different ales and ciders were on tap.

Drinkers also had the chance to enjoy local food including sausages and pork baps while at the same time listening to live music.

The festival took place on Friday evening and all day Saturday.
