A COTTAGE garden in Clun is one of the visitor attractions over Easter.

Radnor Cottage is opening its garden gate as part of the National Gardens Scheme in Shropshire that is raising money for cancer and nursing charities.

The cottage-style gardens, with their naturalist planting, will be open at Radnor Cottage, near Clun on Tuesday April 22

Two acres of land that comprise the gardens at Radnor Cottage are packed with spring flowers including large wildflower areas with fritillaries and primroses.

The south-facing gardens, overlooking the beautiful Clun valley in south Shropshire, contain different planted areas with many of the plants seen in the garden available to buy.

Radnor Cottage is open from 2pm to 6pm on Tuesday April 22 and is located on the B4368 Clun road, seven miles west of Craven Arms. Admission is £3 for adults, with children free.
