A COPY of the Tenbury Advertiser has been buried six feet under.

It is one of a range of items from 2014 that has been buried under the new capsule at Tenbury High School.

The new patio area is nearing completion and the school’s young history leaders were called upon to bury their time capsule.

They have been working on the contents for some time with their head of history Kate Loupart and finally the capsule has been sealed and buried.

Included along with The Advertiser are items from the school including a tie, the school news letter, a lesson planner, pens, report card, menu and the DNA of one of the pupils.

There is also a Bible, Argos catalogue, and poppy seeds.
