HAS the Sahara Smog descended on Ludlow?
Our pictures, taken this morning, suggest it might well have done with the town centre looking decidedly murky.
Many South Shropshire motorists have also noticed a fine dust on the top of their cars.
Parts of the West Midlands have been put on alert over high levels of air pollution.
This is because of smog from Europe and dust clouds from the Sahara settling over the region.
Air pollution is said to have the potential to reach high levels causing problems to those with  asthma.
If you have taken photos which suggest the Sahara Smog has descended on south Shropshire please email them to mark.bowen@herefordtimes.com
