A scrumptious weekend in store at the Ludlow Food Festival
2:00pm Wednesday 11th September 2013 in News
LUDLOW is preparing itself for the influx of up to 20,000 people when this year’s Food Festival gets under way at the weekend.
Beth Heath, operations director, told the Advertiser it was looking set to be “another amazing event”.
Attractions include hands-on masterclasses for Egyptian cookery, samosa making, Thai cookery, bakery and cheese tasting.
And there’s a new area dedicated to kids cookery with hands-on messy activities for young and old, as well as free talks and demonstrations.
There are also coffee workshops for those who need a good caffeine boost to get them going and help them navigate the 180 food and drink exhibitors from Ludlow and the Marches.
