Hobsons Brewery joins Ludlow 21 to provide bus links between festivals
A BREWERY and a bus are coming together for the Ludlow Green Festival.
Hobsons Brewery has teamed up with Ludlow 21, a voluntary group which promotes sustainable living in the Ludlow area, to link two vibrant local festivals.
A special festival bus has been organised to run between Ludlow and Leintwardine, allowing people to visit the Sun Inn Beer and Music Festival as well as Ludlow’s Green Fair in the Market Square on Sunday August 25.
The 490 festival bus will run from Ludlow at 12.30pm and then hourly until 7.30pm with the exception of 4.30pm.
“We’ve got behind this service because, like Ludlow 21, we are committed to saving resources, energy and waste,”
said Kate Pearce, marketing manager of Hobsons Brewery.
“A bus with a good number of people on it is environmentally sound. It is great to think that people can have a fun day out without the worry of driving.”
