The time when the concept of international cuisine was ‘a Friday night ruby’ is long gone.
But Egyptian cooking is often still overlooked.
Marina Ibrahim was at Ludlow College to lift the lid off the food from this part of the world and how it is prepared.
She will also be one of the cooks showing off her skills in the kitchen at the Ludlow Spring Food Festival in May.
