Two chimney fires within an hour keep crews busy in south Shropshire

FIREFIGHTERS tackled two chimney fires within an hour last night as people tried to keep warm in freezing temperatures.
The incidents in Church Street in Cleobury Mortimer and Corporation Street in Bishops Castle happened last night, Tuesday January 22.
Earlier in the week there, on Friday, there was also a chimney fire at Hilltop in Rochford that was dealt with by fire fighters from Tenbury.
