THE first week of the new year involved a clear out of books and the chance to pick up bargains at Tenbury Library.
Judging by the interest, it will be a while yet before books are completely replaced by their electronic counterparts.
And staff are keen to get youngsters into books and reading as early as possible.
The monthly Smarties group had their January session on the theme of winter.
