THE County Air Ambulance was called in to airlift three people to hospital following a two-vehicle collision on the A456 at Newnham Bridge last night (Thursday, July 17).
Two people were trapped in one of the vehicles after the incident involving a Ford Fiesta and a Nissan Micra.
One, a male passenger, was transferred to Hereford Hospital for further treatment while the other two were taken to the Worcestershire Royal Hospital.
The accident happened at the Wyrebrook Orchard at around 5pm and caused traffic delays in both directions.
