She has 18 years service with West Mercia Police, and has been in this post since October 2014. Prior to that, she was a Patrol Inspector, responsible for 24/7 response policing in South Worcestershire.

Police Constable Steve Elcocks

I worked in Worcester City on Response Policing for my first few years, then transferred to the Pershore and Evesham area where I remained for 4 years before moving to the Crime Bureau at Police Headquarters. I grew up in the Martley and Tenbury area and still have family living there and feel privalidged to be part of the team as the Safer Neighbourhood Officer.

Police Community Support Officer Teresa Howells

I joined West Mercia in August 2006, I first started my career in Stourport on Severn, in May 2008 I requested a transfer to Tenbury Wells where I have remained.

Part of my duties in the community involves youth involvement in a number of events including; Tag Rugby and various youth club events.

I work closely with the rest of the team and together we are heavily involved with organising events in Tenbury including The Party in the Park (which I am proud to say I introduced to Tenbury), Apple Fest and the Mistletoe Fest.

Police Community Support Officer Vanessa Snape

I joined West Mercia in July 2006, I have been stationed at Tenbury Wells ever since. Supporting the community in a number of ways is important to me. Working with young people is a priority. I have long been involved with the local schools, the high school in particular where I work with the vulnerable groups and provide a mentoring service. I attend several youth club events and other similar opportunities to engage with the young people of our area. I like to be involved in the organising of the many public events including The Party in the Park, Apple Fest and the Mistletoe Fest.
