Ever feel like today’s celebrities keep getting younger and younger?

Don’t worry, it isn’t a sign you’re over the hill – stars really are getting tinier as our favourite celebs spawn mini-me versions of themselves.

Being born to an A-list parent must come with some sort of fame gene, so it’s no surprise that these junior stars have been so successful this year, they’ve even been overshadowing their own parents.

David and Victoria Beckham’s children Brooklyn, Romeo, Cruz and Harper have been almost as fascinating as their parents to celeb spotters for years now, but the elder two boys are well on their way to becoming A-listers in their own right.

Brooklyn, 15, has taken on his father’s footballing skills, but turned down offers from dad’s old club Manchester United as well as Chelsea to sign with Arsenal. His close friendship with Kick Ass star Chloe Grace Moretz has even sparked rumours of a mini romance.

Meanwhile, Romeo, 12, is following his mum’s footsteps into the world of fashion as a model for Burberry as well as playing for Arsenal under-13s.

Even little bro Cruz, nine, has been working on his football talents, playing for Arsenal under-10s.

North West

Rarely has a baby garnered as much attention as little North West – from her unusual name to her super-famous parents and exclusive wardrobe, this is one tot who is always the centre of attention.

When reality TV queen Kim Kardashian got together with rap star Kanye West, we all thought no celebrity could top them for the fame factor. Until, of course, their baby daughter came along and overshadowed them both.

Nori may have only celebrated her first birthday this summer, but she’s already become a star spot for fashion, having been seen with a tiny Chanel handbag, wearing a matching black lace outfit with her mum, and dad Kanye is reported to be buying her a diamond ring.

The Brangelina Six

What could possibly grab the limelight more than Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie finally tying the knot? No, not George Clooney’s wedding… Well ok, yes, George Clooney’s wedding…

But the real stars of Brangelina’s big day were their six children Maddox, Pax, Shiloh, Zahara, Vivienne and Knox.

Bride Angelina was happy to let the kids come up with some colourful designs to decorate her veil and dress, and was walked down the aisle by Maddox and Pax, with Zahara and Vivienne as flower girls, and Shiloh and Knox as ring bearers.

Suri Cruise

Another little girl with two incredibly famous parents is Suri, the daughter of Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise.

With a wardrobe most adults would be proud to own, Suri’s outfits often see her making the style pages of magazines ahead of her parents.

There’s something about this eight-year-old that just exudes so much star quality, we wouldn’t be surprised if she turned out to be an actress herself when she’s older.

Eric Cowell

In February this year, the unthinkable happened – the man who saw himself as the world’s number one finally abdicated his throne to become number two to someone else.

When Simon Cowell announced that he and girlfriend Lauren Silverman were expecting a baby, no one could quite believe their ears.

Along came baby Eric and all of a sudden Simon appeared to have met someone he thought more marvellous than himself.

Cue a stream of Britain’s Got Talent and X Factor contestants asking him about his son, and the miracle was that Simon didn’t once get tired of talking about someone other than himself.

Lourdes Leon

Here’s one to look out for in the future – Madonna’s beautiful daughter Lourdes, 18, has just started at the University of Michigan, the same college her megastar mum attended.

Lourdes is taking a course at the school of music, theatre and dance back where mum’s career began, although Madonna never finished her degree because she got her big break while still a student.

Said to be very talented, could Lourdes overtake her mother in the music industry?

Kaia Gerber

Don’t know this name yet? You soon will, as Cindy Crawford’s daughter has recently been featured as a cover girl on Teen Vogue.

The 13-year-old told the teen magazine her supermodel mum didn’t want her to start a career too early, but as the spitting image of Cindy she’s sure to be snapped up for plenty of campaigns.

Cindy has said of her daughter’s work: “Versace was a one-off thing. She had fun. We’ll see what happens. I can at least help her navigate it. She’s more interested in singing and dancing. Right now she’s interested in Harry Styles.”

Evan Ross

While singing legend Diana Ross is basking in her well-deserved success from earlier in her career now that she’s 70, son Evan’s stardom is just taking off.

The 26-year-old is an actor and musician who had a role in The Hunger Games: Mockingjay and can be seen again in the upcoming second instalment of the film.

He also has a celebrity wedding under his belt already, having married Ashlee Simpson earlier this year.

Dakota Johnson

Melanie Griffith and Don Johnson’s daughter is leaving them both in the shade after landing the leading role in the most hotly-anticipated film of 2015.

Lucky Dakota is playing Anastasia Steele in the big-screen adaptation of Fifty Shades Of Grey opposite Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey.

Out in February 2015, it’s sure to propel her to stardom – keep an eye out for her over the coming year.
