ODDSOCKS are bringing the classic family favourite The Wind in the Willows firmly to life in their own inimitable way this winter, stopping off at Ludlow Assembly Rooms on Tuesday.

Featuring live music, action and their classic comedy, firm family favourites Oddsocks are back on the road with this tale of boats, trains and washerwomen!

Oddsocks Productions was set up 25 years ago by Andy Barrow and Elli Mackenzie and is a critically acclaimed nationally touring theatre company who take classic texts and create bold, challenging, innovative and interactive theatre to be enjoyed by all.

Elli Mackenzie, Oddsocks co-founder, producer and playing ‘Mole’ describes what an audience can expect to see in their latest adventure: “Lots of big characters, tons of action, live music, being transported to a riverbank in the 1920s and to come away feeling happier than when they came in! And laughter! Lots of it!”

Join Mole, Ratty, Badger and the boisterous, bumptious, loud and lovable Toad as the adventure of a lifetime unravels on the riverbank. Watch out for the dangerous weasels, stoats and ferrets from the wild wood along the way!

Wind in the Willows is at Ludlow Assembly Rooms on Tuesday, December 2 at 1pm and 7.30pm. To book, call the box office on 01584 878141 or visit ludlowassemblyrooms.co.uk
