Craven Arms customer service point launched
PEOPLE in Craven Arms should find it easier to obtain handy information after the launch of a new customer service point from Shropshire County Council.
The facility offers information on council, public and community services and trained advisers will be at the Discovery Centre on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 10.30am until 4.30pm.
People can drop in to get information on a range of services including Blue Badges, Meals on Wheels, free school meals, concessionary travel, waste permits, reporting highways and street lighting faults along with signposting to other facilities.
There is also an appointment only session run on Mondays by the Shropshire Registration Services so it is possible to register births, deaths and marriages from the centre. To make an appointment call 0845 678 9016.
