Pedigree springer spaniels stolen

FOUR valuable pedigree springer spaniels were stolen from kennels in Woolston, near Church Stretton sometime between 9.30pm on March 25 and 6am on March 26.

It is believed that thieves backed a vehicle up to the shed kennels, wrenched open the door, and took the four eight month old spaniels, two dogs and two bitches.

The stolen dogs have distinctive markings. One bitch is all white with a liver head and the second bitch is also white with a half white and half liver head. One dog is mainly white with some liver colouring and the other has a liver head with a white stripe. All four have docked tails but are not short.

Anyone with information should contact Ludlow police on 08457 444888.
