PLAY AREA APPEAL: The action team's bingo evening raised £180. Thanks to those who came and who donated prizes. A total of £900 has been raised in four months, so the dream of providing a play area is coming closer. The next step is to speak to the planning officer about the proposals and to keep raising money to buy the land.

SKITTLES: A CAT family skittles evening is planned for tomorrow (Friday), at 8pm in Eardiston Country Club. The cost is £5 per team of four. There will be a buffet and a raffle for a Christmas hamper. Contact Brenda Potter on 01584 881295 for tickets.
