SMITH Patricia Elizabeth. On May 4th, 2015 Peacefully at Hagley Place Care Home, Ludlow, Dr Patricia Smith, of Neenton, near Bridgnorth, aged 100 years. A Service of Celebration and Thanksgiving for the life of Dr Smith will take place at The Parish Church of St John the Baptist, Ditton Priors, near Bridgnorth, on Monday, June 22nd at 2 p.m. No flowers. Donations, to The Shropshire Historic Churches Fund or The Art Fund welcome c/o Perry and Phillips Funeral Directors, 4 Underhill Street, Bridgnorth. WV16 4BB
