MOORE Derek. Pat, Stephen and Families wish to thank everyone for messages of sympathy, love and support at this sad time. Thanks to all who attended the Funeral Service and for the donations given in memory of Derek. Thanks to Reverend Geoffrey Smith for his memorable Service and guidance. Special thanks to John Prosser for his help and care for Derek during his illness. Also a thank you to The Bridge at Stanford for their refreshments and hospitality.
