POSTANS (nee Freeman) Patricia Ann "Pat" Formerly of Worcester and Shelsley Walsh. Passed away peacefully at Stanfield Nursing Home, Rushwick on January 13th, 2018, aged 75 years. Now at rest from Alzheimer's disease. Dear wife of Mervyn, much loved mum of Gail and Mandy, mother in law to Lawrence and Steve and devoted nana to Rhys, Tesni, Lia and Owen. Also sister, auntie, cousin, colleague and friend to many. Funeral Service to take place at Worcester Crematorium on Wednesday, February 7th, 2018 at 1.45 p.m. Everyone welcome at the Crematorium, please wear something colourful; "forget me not" blue in particular.
