HAYES Geoffrey. Passed away at home on Wednesday, December 24th, 2014, aged 64 years. He will be sadly missed by all his Family and Friends. Funeral Service to take place on Tuesday, January 20th, at Wyre Forest Crematorium at 2 p.m. Family flowers only please, however donations will be forwarded to Air Ambulance.
