SLATER Jack. Of Tenbury wells. Died peacefully in Tenbury Hospital on November 23rd, 2014, in his 92nd year, after a long illness bravely borne. Beloved husband of Joan and a much loved father to Malcolm, Jackeline, Diane, Susan, Robert and a loving grandfather and great grandfather who will be sadly missed by his sister Rita and all his Relatives and Friends. Funeral Service at St. Mary’s Church, Tenbury Wells on Thursday, December 4th, at 11 a.m., followed by Interment. Family flowers only with donations in memory of Jack gratefully received for Tenbury Hospital League of Friends.
